Hi Hermetic,

OSMP ( http://metaverse.sf.net ) is a separate project from Vos, but I keep
a fairly close watch on what Vos is doing.

OSMP is firmly rooted in SecondLife at its origins; the goal is do well all
the bits that SecondLife does badly. Along the way I've discovered that
"just" doing the bits that SecondLife does well is quite a challenge in its
own right ;-) but OSMP moves on, slowly but surely.
