[vos-d] Time-awareness in VOS

I had that feature in my OS idea. I called it the "Save-State" feature (akin
to Emulator Save-States) and it was to be capable of saving animations,
Unfinished documents, and even Processes. It was so closely linked to
Virtual Memory, in fact, that even if the power went out, you would be
returned to your document when the power was restored, without any but the
most recent line or two lost...

Depending on if you're talking about 'pre-programmed animations', or
'ragdoll/particle physics animations', the idea is either very simple or
very complex.
