[vos-d] Question about Listeners -- Order?

No, I think the listeners are stored in a std::set which sorts using operator< (meaning it 
probably sorts by memory location).

I have some ideas about how the listener system will change in s5, but I haven't quite 
nailed it down enough to describe it yet.
