[vos-d] s5 scripting (design part 3)

bzr checkout http://interreality.org/home/bzroot/s5
and
bzr checkout http://interreality.org/home/bzroot/s5-scripting
for Lalo's stuff (that I haven't merged into my branch yet).
It doesn't do anything besides run unit tests right now.
