[vos-d] Movement interpolation in csplugin

Go for it.  Movement interpolation would be very nice :-)

So far as the SCF version goes, I think so long as you add the methods 
to the bottom of the class, don't modify parameters of existing and 
don't remove methods, it is considered a compatible change and you only 
have to bump up the minor version number.
