[vos-d] issue building on OS X

Hi,

I'm attempting to use the vos-bootstrap script to build VOS.  I've
installed already installed bazaar-ng and the XCode packages.

The build seems to die early on though:

$ ./vos-bootstrap.sh bzr
Creating or updating vos bzr branch from http://interreality.org/home/bzroot/vos

configure.ac: installing `./install-sh'
configure.ac: installing `./mkinstalldirs'
configure.ac: installing `./missing'

autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1

Any suggestions?  I've searched the lists and didn't see anything similar.
